Our Instructors & Assessors
We work with a variety of highly skilled Instructors and Assessors throughout Wales, the UK and Europe.
Our network of Instructors and Assessors are contractors in their own right; this means that we are able to provide a unique training experience to our customers from people who practice what they teach.
Wanting to become an Instructor or Assessor?
Whether you want to Train or Assess you first need to hold, or be working towards, a full recognised Teaching Qualification or Instructional Techniques Certificate; this provides you with the skills and techniques you need to become an effective Instructor or Assessor.
You should also hold appropriate technical qualifications, including First Aid at Work, and have a good knowledge, and experience, of Health and Safety.
Once you have your appropriate Teaching Qualification you can then get in touch with MWMAC to discuss your plans; we will advise you accordingly.
