The Instructors that we work with..
We work with a variety of highly skilled Instructors throughout Wales, the UK and Europe.
This network of Instructors are usually contractors in their own right; this means that we are able to provide a unique training experience to our customers from people who practice what they teach.
A number of these Instructors are also FISA recognised.
We run an annual Standard Settings for our Instructors, as well as practical training events, to ensure best practice and standardisation within this network.
Want to become an Instructor?
You first need to hold, or be working towards, a full recognised Teaching Qualification or Instructional Techniques Certificate.
This will provide you with the skills and techniques you need to become an effective Instructor.
You should also hold appropriate technical qualifications, including Fist Aid at Work, and have a good knowledge and experience of Health & Safety and Risk Assessment.
If you are interested in becoming an Instructor please get in touch with mwmac Ltd to discuss your plans; we will advise you accordingly.
